Elsinore XC Meet Blog Started

We are embarking on a new era for the Elsinore XC meet this year. Gol-dern Bill has specified that all participants will need a GPS to enter the meet. With that will also come computer scoring with the CompeGPS program.

I'll be heading down to the meet to help score and probably fly a few days as well. We hope that the turnout from the local flying clubs will be above normal. I've set up this "BLOG" to spark interest in the local flying community for XC and friendly competition flying.

All the pilots that went to Big Spring Texas got a taste of the camaraderie and seemed to really enjoy it. It's very likely that exposing the same sort of competitive spirit in our local area will have the same effect.
